RESTORE – Regional Emergency Support to Reconstruction
Proposed regulation on RESTORE - Regional Emergency Support to Reconstruction. Amendments address pre-financing, co-financing and eligibility under the European Regional Development Fund and ESF+, calls for more resources for the European Union Solidarity Fund and reprogramming of cohesion funds, simplified procedures, traceable reporting, the definition of 'natural disaster', climate targets and 'building back better', and prevention of double financing.
