Proposal on a public interface connected to the Internal Market Information System for declaring the posting of workers. The amendments revise provisions on Member States opting in or out of the interface, the standard declaration form and its minimum information on the service provider and posted workers, streamlining reporting obligations and administrative burden, and references to the European Labour Authority, abusive practices, unfair competition and social dumping.
