EU/Brazil Agreement: cooperation with and through Europol and the Federal Police of Brazil
Non-legislative procedure — consent or opinion on an act.
Through this consent procedure, Parliament gives its consent to the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Federative Republic of Brazil on cooperation with and through the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and the Federal Police of Brazil. Acting on the request for consent submitted by the Council and the recommendation of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, Parliament instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
No committee amendments are tracked on AmendEU for this procedure; this page follows its roll-call votes in plenary instead.
