This dossier concerns an application for the electronic submission of travel data (the EU Digital Travel application) and the use of digital travel credentials. The amendments address border checks at the external borders, the Traveller Router and a mobile application, eu-LISA and the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, encryption, privacy by design and data protection, automatic deletion of travel data, voluntary use and consent, and evaluation reports.
