Summary

Own-initiative report on the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) post-2027. Amendments characterise the fund as supporting equal access to the labour market, social housing, education and healthcare, social protection and inclusion, and detail vulnerable groups including women in poverty, labour migrants, children, single parents, Roma, people with disabilities and the elderly, alongside the digital and green transition, in-work poverty and the role of regional and local authorities.
