Implementation of the common foreign and security policy – annual report 2024
An own-initiative report on the implementation of the common foreign and security policy. The amendments mostly add citations to prior resolutions, conventions and Council decisions, referencing the EU-CELAC Summit, tensions over Varosha and Turkey, the Armenian Genocide, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, Moldova's resilience against Russian interference, China and Taiwan, restrictive measures against cyber-attacks, NATO's 2022 Strategic Concept, and human rights and gender-equality frameworks.

Plenary votes
68 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
