Insolvency proceedings: replacing Annexes A and B
This dossier replaces Annexes A and B of the rules on insolvency proceedings. Amendments record notifications by Member States of new insolvency proceedings and types of insolvency practitioner, naming Slovakia, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and France, and reference Protocol No 21 on the position of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Several amendments insert specific national proceedings, including preventive restructuring procedures, into the annexes.
