Extension of the timeframe for the establishment of the Eurojust case management system
Ordinary legislative procedure — Parliament and the Council of the EU decide together.
Through the ordinary legislative procedure at first reading, Parliament adopts its position on the Commission proposal to amend Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 as regards extending the timeframe for the establishment of the Eurojust case management system. Parliament calls on the Commission to refer the matter to it again if the proposal is replaced or substantially amended, and instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments. The text records that, as an agreement was reached between Parliament and Council, Parliament's position corresponds to the final legislative act, Regulation (EU) 2025/2082. Parliament adopted the text on 2025-09-10.
No committee amendments are tracked on AmendEU for this procedure; this page follows its roll-call votes in plenary instead.
