This interim report prepares Parliament's consent procedure on a broad package of agreements to consolidate, deepen and expand bilateral relations with Switzerland. The amendments address free movement of persons, the guillotine clause, cross-border regions and transport, internal-market participation, electricity trade, the agri-food sanitary and phytosanitary framework, alignment on sanctions against Russia, financial-market equivalence, state aid control, tax cooperation, and Swiss involvement in Horizon Europe, EUSPA, Galileo and EGNOS.
