This dossier (Omnibus V) simplifies intra-EU transfers of defence-related products and security and defence procurement. Amendments invoke the threat to the Union and Russia's war against Ukraine, push regulatory simplification, harmonisation and mutual recognition of certified equipment, work on general, global and individual transfer licences and certified recipients, and address delegated or implementing acts, SMEs and export controls; one amendment rejects the Commission proposal.
