Summary

This procedure legislates on the European Chemicals Agency and amends related regulations. The amendments address the Agency's fees charged to industry, a financial reserve and periodic fee revision, cooperation with international and other bodies, and its structure, including the Management Board, Executive Director, and committees (RAC, SEAC, MSC, SCCS, BPC), plus proposed new bodies, appeals, appointment rules, and substitution of hazardous chemicals.
