EU-Liechtenstein agreement on the automatic exchange of financial account information: Amending Protocol

Through this consultation procedure, Parliament gives its opinion on a proposed Council decision to conclude, on behalf of the Union, an Amending Protocol to the Agreement between the European Union and the Principality of Liechtenstein on the automatic exchange of financial account information to improve international tax compliance. Parliament approves the conclusion of the Amending Protocol and instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of Liechtenstein.
