Summary

This is a legislative procedure on Global Europe, an external-action funding instrument. The amendments address resilient supply chains, relations with the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf, democratic resilience against foreign interference, due diligence against funds reaching adversaries, a Facility for the recovery and reconstruction of Gaza, Russia's aggression against Ukraine, migration cooperation, human rights, and climate and biodiversity safeguards.
