Amendments to the Common Market Organisation (CMO) Regulation concerning the EU school scheme, sectoral interventions, protein sector, hemp requirements, marketing standards, import duties, crisis supply rules and securities
This procedure amends Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 on the common market organisation in agricultural products, handled as ordinary legislation. The amendments cover the EU school scheme, including plant-based drinks, local and short supply chains and awareness-raising, sectoral interventions and NRP Plans, a protein sector with a Legumes and Pulses Observatory, marketing standards, hemp and narcotic-drug rules, vine-planting authorisations, additional import duties, and crisis preparedness with reserves of agricultural products guaranteeing food security in the event of a serious crisis such as an armed conflict.
