2025/0283(NLE)·NLE·Official procedure file ↗

Non-legislative procedure — consent or opinion on an act.

Summary

Through this consent procedure, Parliament gives its consent to the approval, on behalf of the European Union, of amendments to the International Cocoa Agreement, following the request for consent submitted by the Council under Article 207(3) and (4) and Article 218(6) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. It acts on the recommendation of the Committee on International Trade and instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission, and the governments and parliaments of the Member States.

No committee amendments are tracked on AmendEU for this procedure; this page follows its roll-call votes in plenary instead.
