Union support for internal security 2028–2034

A legislative procedure on Union support for internal security for 2028 to 2034. The amendments condition additional funding on measurable results against terrorism, organised crime, cybercrime, hybrid threats, migrant smuggling and human trafficking, and on the protection of critical infrastructure and entities. They require full respect for fundamental rights, the Charter and data protection, strengthen budgetary control, audit and anti-fraud provisions, and exclude uses such as pushbacks, generalised surveillance and spyware.
