Summary

The dossier concerns the 2023 and 2024 Commission reports on North Macedonia. The amendments address its EU accession process and candidate status, the Prespa Agreement with Greece and the Treaty of Friendship with Bulgaria, outstanding constitutional reforms including the inclusion of Bulgarians in the preamble, alignment with EU foreign and security policy and EUFOR Althea, and foreign malign influence attributed to the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
