Amendments to Parliament's Rules of Procedure implementing the Agreement establishing the Ethics Body. The amendments insert rules empowering the committee responsible for the Rules of Procedure to propose candidates as independent experts of the Ethics Body, request abstract interpretations of common minimum standards, consult the independent experts on developing or updating ethical standards, and examine the Ethics Body's annual report and submit a motion for resolution to Parliament.
