Summary

A Parliament own-initiative report on the housing crisis in the EU, aimed at proposing solutions for decent, sustainable and affordable housing. The amendments mainly add citations to treaty articles, the Charter of Fundamental Rights, prior Parliament resolutions on affordable housing and on homelessness, the energy performance of buildings directive, and opinions on subsidiarity, services of general interest and the rights of persons with disabilities.
