Global Gateway -– past impacts and future orientation
Own-initiative report on the Global Gateway's past impacts and future orientation. Amendments revise a paragraph calling for prioritised investment in energy, critical raw materials and the green transition, variously emphasising renewable energy, security of supply, human capital, local communities and indigenous peoples, migration and border management, or exclusion of fossil-fuel investments; some address solar and green hydrogen projects and connectivity with Africa, Latin America and Central Asia.
