Implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the EU legal framework

This own-initiative report concerns implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the EU legal framework. The amendments revise the citations and recitals, referencing the TEU and TFEU, the case-law of the CJEU and the ECtHR, UN human-rights instruments, the Rule of Law Conditionality Regulation, the Digital Services Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, the Fundamental Rights Agency, and the competence of the LIBE committee.
