Addressing subcontracting chains and the role of intermediaries in order to protect workers’ rights
This own-initiative report addresses subcontracting chains and the role of intermediaries in protecting workers' rights. The amendments cite directives on posting and sanctions against employers of illegally staying third-country nationals, ILO conventions and the Draghi report, and describe labour exploitation, undeclared work and abusive intermediaries in high-risk sectors such as construction, agriculture, hospitality, transport and care, and the posting of third-country nationals.
