Summary

Annual own-initiative report on human rights and democracy in the world and EU policy on the matter. Amendments call for access to sexual and reproductive health and rights, condemn violence and conversion practices against LGBTIQ+ people, invoke the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and urge a gender-equality and disability chapter with benchmarks and funding in the EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy.
