Recommendation on enhanced EU-Canada cooperation in the current geopolitical context, including threats to Canada's economic stability and sovereignty. Amendments frame the partnership around the rules-based international order, Russia's war against Ukraine, China's assertiveness, the Arctic, hybrid warfare, the EU-Canada Strategic Partnership on Critical Raw Materials, security and defence including PESCO projects and CSDP missions, CETA ratification, trade and foreign direct investment, indigenous peoples, artificial intelligence and energy security.
