European Central Bank – annual report 2025

Summary

This dossier is the European Central Bank annual report for 2025. The amendments reference TFEU articles, the inflation target and HICP data from Eurostat, the digital euro project, asset-purchase and government-debt programmes, the M3 money supply, the prohibition on monetary financing, bank reserves, food inflation, stablecoins, climate commitments and central-bank gold purchases.
