Financial activities of the European Investment Bank Group – annual report 2025

Amendments to the annual report on the financial activities of the European Investment Bank Group. They cover the EIB's record investment reaching EUR 100 billion in 2025 with almost 60% for green projects, its role as the EU's climate bank and the Climate Bank Roadmap Phase 2, its triple-A rating, and commitments on climate neutrality by 2050. Further amendments address support for competitiveness, the TechEU programme, financing for small businesses and start-ups, security and defence, cohesion and agriculture, affordable and sustainable housing, the Global Gateway in third countries, guarantees and fiscal risk, transparency, human rights due diligence, and diversity targets.
