Estimates of revenue and expenditure for the financial year 2027 – Section I – European Parliament
The European Parliament's estimates of revenue and expenditure for the financial year 2027 (Section I). The amendments address staffing, IT and cybersecurity spending, investment in artificial intelligence, the SPAAK building renovation and its financing, Europa Experience spaces and liaison offices, mission and travel costs and carbon footprint, communication and outreach against disinformation, and multilingualism; several call for savings, greater budget transparency, or reject specific expenditure items and programmes involving third countries.

Plenary votes
13 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
