2025 Commission report on Bosnia and Herzegovina

2025/2251(INI)·10th term·AFET·INI
Summary

This own-initiative report responds to the 2025 Commission report on Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amendments urge EU accession reforms tied to the Copenhagen criteria (rule of law, anti-corruption, state capture), equality of the constituent peoples under the Dayton Peace Agreement, constitutional and electoral reform, and alignment with EU sanctions following Russia's aggression against Ukraine, while addressing foreign interference by Russia, Serbia, China and Croatia.

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
