Summary

This own-initiative report responds to the 2025 Commission report on Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amendments urge EU accession reforms tied to the Copenhagen criteria (rule of law, anti-corruption, state capture), equality of the constituent peoples under the Dayton Peace Agreement, constitutional and electoral reform, and alignment with EU sanctions following Russia's aggression against Ukraine, while addressing foreign interference by Russia, Serbia, China and Croatia.
