Summary

This own-initiative report is the 2025 Commission report on Kosovo. The amendments address Kosovo's EU accession and merit-based enlargement, normalisation with Serbia and the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, rule of law, corruption, minority rights, media freedom and anti-SLAPP measures, and applications to the Council of Europe and NATO Partnership for Peace. Further amendments cover elections, disinformation, hybrid threats, the Banjska attack, missing persons, EULEX and KFOR, education, and connectivity.
