2025/2254(INI)·10th term·AFET·INI

This is an own-initiative report on the 2025 Commission report on North Macedonia. The amendments address EU accession, urging the constitutional amendments in Council conclusions, anti-corruption reform, a new Criminal Code, media transparency, disinformation resilience, and rights of minorities, women and LGBTIQ+ persons. They touch on the Ohrid and Prespa Agreements, the Treaty of Friendship with Bulgaria, and persons self-identifying as Bulgarians, with some proposing to rename the country 'Skopje'.

22 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
