2025 Commission report on Ukraine

This own-initiative procedure addresses the 2025 Commission report on Ukraine, recalling the June 2022 grant of candidate status and the opening of accession negotiations. The amendments condemn Russia's war of aggression, support international justice through the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression and the International Claims Commission, and address corruption including the Timur Mindich case, the High Anti-Corruption Court and cooperation with OLAF, the European Court of Auditors and the OECD Working Group on Bribery. They cover non-recognition of Russia's annexation of Crimea and other regions, the Druzhba pipeline and Council Regulation 2022/879, the European Peace Facility, the Coalition of the Willing, minority language rights and calls for a sustainable peace settlement.
