This budget procedure covers the 2027 draft budget across agriculture, development cooperation and gender equality, the final year of the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework. Amendments defend continuity and predictability in CAP payments and rural development, funding for POSEI and outermost regions, risk-management tools, and research under Horizon Europe. On external action they warn of the limited Heading 6 margin, reductions in official development assistance to Least Developed Countries and Sub-Saharan Africa, and conditions on NDICI-GE funding. On gender they call for funding for the Daphne programme, ESF+, the European Institute for Gender Equality, and implementation of directives on violence against women and pay transparency.
