Psychosocial risks, stress and mental health at work

This legislative-initiative report addresses psychosocial risks, stress and mental health at work. The amendments would recognise work-related psychosocial risks as occupational risks, define terms such as primary prevention and work-related stress, and require employer risk assessments, prevention plans, early detection, return-to-work plans and designated representatives. They also address harassment, bullying and violence, the burden of proof, digital technologies and artificial intelligence, the right to disconnect, heat risks, and sanctions.
