Generational renewal in agriculture

This is an own-initiative report on generational renewal in agriculture. The amendments cite the rising average age of EU farmers and the fall in young farmers, and address common agricultural policy (CAP) support and budget, land access, financing tools and the European Investment Bank, taxation, succession and pensions. They cover new entrants, women in agriculture, climate risk and insurance, rural services, training, and diversification of rural economies.
