Summary
This resolution concerns strengthening global health resilience in partner countries. Amendments call for universal, equitable and country-led health systems, address gender inequalities and sexual and reproductive health, health workforce shortages and migration, and cuts in official development assistance. They cover the One Health approach and zoonotic diseases, intellectual property and TRIPS flexibilities to widen access to medicines and vaccines, local manufacturing and technology transfer, the Global Gateway and Team Europe approaches, transparency of funding, and civil society participation.
