Food safety, human health protection: common authorisation procedure for food additives, food enzymes and food flavourings

A regulation establishing a common authorisation procedure for food additives, food enzymes and food flavourings for food safety and human health protection. The amendments address the Community list of authorised substances and conditions of use, applications and opinions of the Authority, requests for additional information, the Commission's draft regulation updating the list, public access to applications, and a five-year data-protection period for information provided by applicants.
