Summary
This dossier is a recast on access to the international market for coach and bus services. The few amendments address the use of additional vehicles by operators of regular services for temporary and exceptional situations, the supply of books of journey forms by competent authorities, non-discretionary and non-discriminatory road traffic controls, and the dates of application of the Regulation.
