The dossier concerns type-approval of motor vehicles and engines for emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI) and access to vehicle repair and maintenance information. Amendments address Euro VI emission limit values, on-board diagnostic, repair and maintenance information for independent operators and standardised formats, financial incentives, portable emission measuring systems and off-cycle emissions, retrofitting of existing vehicles, and implementation timetables and delegated measures.
