Annual report on human rights in the world 2007 and the EU's policy on the matter

This own-initiative report is the annual report on human rights in the world 2007 and EU policy. The amendments address the new EU Agency for Fundamental Rights established in Vienna, incorporation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights into the new Treaty, expanding the human rights overview within the EU, concerns that counter-terrorism cooperation lowered human rights protection, and calls to close the Guantanamo Bay detention centre.
