Summary
This recast dossier concerns foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses. Amendments address Commission provisions allowing agri-foodstuffs naturally suitable for a particular nutritional use to be placed on the market, rapid placing on the market of products resulting from scientific and technological progress, derogations in exceptional cases, and requirements that products be sold in pre-packaged form.
