Summary
This dossier sets out general arrangements for excise duty. The amendments address other indirect taxes on excise goods, exemptions or minimum levels for household electricity, energy products used to heat dwellings and diesel for agricultural work, treatment of destroyed or lost goods, irregularities during movement under suspension of duty, tax-free shops, the computerised system and electronic administrative document, guarantees, and goods acquired by private individuals.
