Undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS): coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions. Recast

This dossier recasts the rules coordinating laws on undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS). The amendments set out arrangements for feeder and master UCITS, including prior approval by competent authorities, agreements and internal conduct-of-business rules, information-sharing between depositaries and auditors, coordination of net asset value calculation, master UCITS liquidation, merger or division, and disclosure that a feeder permanently invests 85% or more of its assets in the master.
