Early intervention measures, conditions for resolution and funding of resolution action (SRMR3)
A proposed regulation on early intervention measures, conditions for resolution and funding of resolution action, known as SRMR3. The amendments revise recitals on the Single Resolution Mechanism and the Banking Union, the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) and the bail-in tool, resolution planning for subsidiaries, protection of depositors, the public interest assessment, and the use of industry-funded safety nets.
