Petrol vapour recovery during refuelling of passenger cars at service stations, Stage II

This dossier concerns Stage II petrol vapour recovery during refuelling of passenger cars at service stations. The amendments define petrol, hydrocarbon capture efficiency and the vapour-to-petrol volume ratio, set throughput thresholds and timetables for equipping new and existing service stations (with derogations), require a capture efficiency of at least 90 percent, and provide for periodic testing and automatic monitoring systems.
