Summary
An own-initiative report on relations between the European Parliament and national parliaments under the Treaty of Lisbon. Amendments address ratification of the Treaty, the role of national parliaments in national security and in scrutinising CFSP/ESDP and EU funds, the subsidiarity principle, joint parliamentary meetings and conferences, interparliamentary cooperation, and references to the Irish and Czech ratification.
