MDG contracts

This own-initiative report concerns MDG contracts. The amendments address EU budget support to developing countries under the EDF and the Cotonou Agreement, the Millennium Development Goals, shortages of teachers and health workers, the brain drain, predictability and transparency of aid, eligibility criteria including human rights and macroeconomic performance, the roles of the Commission, IMF and World Bank, earmarking national budgets for health and education, and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
