Control of the budgetary implementation of the Instrument for Pre-Accession

This own-initiative dossier concerns control of the budgetary implementation of the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA). The amendments address the structured dialogue with the Commission, the IPA's five components and implementation rates, decentralised management accreditation for candidate and potential candidate countries, parliamentary control, European standards and political criteria, the fight against corruption, organised crime, money laundering and human trafficking, civil society organisations, and translation of the resolution into national languages.
