Better careers and more mobility: a European partnership for researchers

An own-initiative report on better careers and more mobility through a European partnership for researchers. Amendments call for free movement of researchers, portability of research grants, simplified application and social-security arrangements, addressing brain drain and the under-representation of women, a single European career model, and reciprocal recognition of qualifications, linked to the Lisbon strategy and FP7.
