Summary
The dossier is Parliament's report on the Second Strategic Energy Review. Amendments address an EU external and foreign energy policy, security of supply and solidarity among Member States, energy efficiency and renewables, relations with producer, transit and consumer countries including Russia, OPEC, Norway, the US, China, India and Japan, gas-pipeline projects such as Nabucco and South Stream, strategic gas stocks, and climate-change and CO2-reduction measures.
