Summary
Own-initiative report on the protection of the Communities' financial interests and the fight against fraud — annual report 2007. The amendments concern reported irregularities and suspected fraud across Member States, electronic reporting modules, irregularities in rural development and the Structural Funds, the powers of OLAF and AFCOS, judicial follow-up and admissibility of evidence, progress in Bulgaria and Romania, and the Philip Morris and Japan Tobacco agreements.
